brighton houseMullica Hill, NJ – As sales near completion at Woodland Creek at Mullica Hill, named New Jersey's Single Family Community of the Year, $400-$700,000, by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) at its annual SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards presentation, Procacci Development Company has opened sales for Casella Farms in Mullica Hill. One of those homes, the Brighton model earned the SAM Award for Best Single Home and Best Model Merchandising in its price category.

“We're very proud of the recognition Woodland Creek has earned,” reports builder Michael John Procacci. “To be acknowledged as Community of the Year with the best designed home in statewide competition is truly an honor. It's especially significant for our homebuyers because it gives them additional assurance that we've done our homework and are committed to providing the best design, quality and value in carefully planned homes and communities.” Procacci added that, “with just a few homesites remaining at Woodland Creek, we're glad to be able to offer the same award-winning homes to buyers at Casella Farms.

Award-winning Model
living roomThe Brighton model, showcased at Woodland Creek, is an expansive 3882 sq. ft. design that is as impressive on the outside as it is spacious and dramatic on the inside. From the stately brick exterior that opens into the soaring two story foyer with its gracefully turned staircase, to the luxurious owner's suite with tray ceiling, The Brighton is an extraordinary place to call “home.”

The welcoming hardwood foyer separates the formal living and dining rooms in the center-hall design. Rear stairs give direct easy access to the lofty two-story family room and island kitchen, while limiting routine “traffic” in the formal areas of the home. A bright optional morning room, off the kitchen of the model home, is showcased as the perfect place for informal dining and relaxation. A private study, ideal for a home office, is offered with optional bay windows.

Upstairs, the expanded owner's suite in the model home is shown with the luxurious bath upgrade and room-sized closet available with the three-car garage option. Other added features in the model include a guest room with private bath plus two additional bedrooms and a third full bath. A dramatic bridge overlooking the family room below is an added architectural feature of the second floor design. A full finished basement completes the model, and offers additional space for a playroom, home office and informal entertaining.

The Brighton was designed by Cadre Architects. The award-winning interior decorating was provided by Design East of Medford, NJ.

In addition to the Brighton, Procacci Development Company is offering four other distinctive models at Casella Farms. All of the homes were carefully planned and designed to include the features today's homebuyers want most for comfortable contemporary living and entertaining. According to builder Procacci, “our philosophy is that buyers shouldn't have to pay more for the quality features they want and rightfully expect to find in an upscale community. That's why we are include many features which are often available only as costly extras in other communities.”
