Procacci Brings Award-Winning Excellence To Casella Farms in Mullica Hill

Just a short distance across Route 322 from Woodland Creek, Casella Farms offers outstanding quality and award-winning excellence in expansive estate homes priced from the mid-$400s. One of those homes, the Brighton model earned the SAM Award for Best Single Home and Best Model Merchandising in its price category.

Award-winning Model
living roomThe Brighton model, showcased at Woodland Creek, is an expansive 3882 sq. ft. design that is as impressive on the outside as it is spacious and dramatic on the inside. From the stately brick exterior that opens into the soaring two story foyer with its gracefully turned staircase, to the luxurious owner's suite with tray ceiling, The Brighton is an extraordinary place to call “home.”

The welcoming hardwood foyer separates the formal living and dining rooms in the center-hall design. Rear stairs give direct easy access to the lofty two-story family room and island kitchen, while limiting routine “traffic” in the formal areas of the home. Corian countertops and 42” kitchen cabinets with crown molding are standard, as are Kohler® fixtures, cultured marble tops, tile floors and tub surrounds in all baths.

All homes are also Energy Star Compliant, with 2-Zone 90% furnaces and 13 Seer air conditioners. Like the Brighton model, homes at Casella Farms also include hardwood floors in the foyer, 9' first floor ceilings, and a two car side-entry garage. Buyers have their choice of exterior finishes including, brick, stone and stucco. Buyers also have the opportunity to upgrade and customize their homes with a variety of exterior elevations and interior finishes.

Both Woodland Creek and Casella Farms are conveniently located in Mullica Hill, just minutes from the NJ Turnpike Exit 2 and Route 322.
