All Homes SOLD at Westfield Estates in Moorestown

Procacci's Westfield Estates in Moorestown, a lovely community of executive single homes on a cul de sac, is completely sold out according to builder Michael John Procacci. Despite the headlines reporting doom and gloom in the housing market, buyers couldn't resist the extraordinary estate homes offering built-in luxury situated on half-acre homesites in a prestigious and convenient location.

With homes offered from the $700s, and an extensive list of quality features such as an island kitchen, side entry garage, tile baths with Kohler® fixtures and cultured marble tops, two-zone heat and air conditioning, and Andersen® windows included in every home, Westfield Estates was well-priced to sell in a community where many new homes have million dollar plus price tags. Hardwood floors in the foyer, 9' first floor ceilings, Corian countertops and 42” kitchen cabinets with crown molding are also standard, added to the community's appeal.

While Procacci has no more homes to sell in Moorestown, sales are in progress at Bobby's Hunt, an outstanding new community in a desirable nearby Mt. Laurel location. The homes at Bobby's Hunt feature the same quality features as those offered at Westfield Estates and are priced from the $600s.

To visit the sales center and model home at Bobby's Hunt, take 295N to Exit 40A to Route 38E. Follow 38E one mile to Hartford Rd. Turn right at Hartford Rd and continue to right onto Hainesport-Mt. Laurel Rd. Proceed to Elbo Lane. Turn left onto Elbo Lane to Bobby's Hunt on the left. For additional information call 856-778-0509.
