Procacci’s Woodland Creek at Mullica Hill Is NJBA’s Community of the Year

brighton houseMullica Hill, NJ – Woodland Creek at Mullica Hill was named New Jersey’s Single Family Community of the Year in the $400-$700,000 at the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) annual SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards presentation. Built by Procacci Development Company, the Brighton model at Woodland Creek was also the SAM Award winner for Best Single Home and Best Model Merchandising in its price category. Home sites in the tree-bordered community range from a minimum of one to over three acres and homes are priced from the $400s.

“We’re very proud of the recognition Woodland Creek has earned,” reports builder Michael JohnProcacci. “To be acknowledged as Community of the Year with the best designed home in statewide competition is truly an honor. It’s especially significant for our homebuyers because it gives them additional assurance that we’ve done our homework and are committed to providing the best design, quality and value in carefully planned homes and communities.” Procacci added that the same planning has gone into Casella Farms, a nearby Mullica Hill community slated to open for sales shortly.

Award-winning Model
The award-winning Brighton model at Woodland Creek is an expansive 3882 sq. ft. design that is as impressive on the outside as it is spacious and dramatic on the inside. From the stately brick exterior that opens into the soaring two story foyer with its gracefully turned staircase, to the luxurious owner’s suite with tray ceiling, The Brighton is an extraordinary place to call “home.”

The welcoming hardwood foyer separates the formal living and dining rooms in the center-hall design. Rear stairs give direct easy access to the lofty two-story family room and island kitchen, while limiting routine “traffic” in the formal areas of the home. A bright optional morning room, off the kitchen of the model home, is showcased as the perfect place for informal dining and relaxation. A private study, ideal for a home office, is offered with optional bay windows.

Upstairs, the expanded owner’s suite in the model home is shown with the luxurious bath upgrade and room-sized closet available with the three-car garage option. Other added features in the model include a guest room with private bath plus two additional bedrooms and a third full bath. A dramatic bridge overlooking the family room below is an added architectural feature of the second floor design. A full finished basement completes the model, and offers additional space for a playroom, home office and informal entertaining.

The Brighton was designed by Cadre Architects. The award-winning interior decorating was provided by Design East of Medford, NJ.

In addition to the Brighton, Procacci Development Company is offering four other distinctive models at Woodland Creek. All of the homes were carefully planned and designed to include the features today’s homebuyers want most for comfortable contemporary living and entertaining. According to builder Procacci, “our philosophy at Woodland Creek is that buyers shouldn’t have to pay more for the quality features they want and rightfully expect to find in an upscale community. That’s why we are include many features which are often available only as costly extras in other communities.”
