Procacci’s Woodland Creek at Mullica Hill Is NJBA’s Community of the Year

brighton houseMullica Hill, NJ – Woodland Creek at Mullica Hill was named New Jersey’s Single Family Community of the Year in the $400-$700,000 at the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) annual SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards presentation. Built by Procacci Development Company, the Brighton model at Woodland Creek was also the SAM Award winner for Best Single Home and Best Model Merchandising in its price category. Home sites in the tree-bordered community range from a minimum of one to over three acres and homes are priced from the $400s.

Award-winning Model
The award-winning Brighton model at Woodland Creek is an expansive 3882 sq. ft. design that is as impressive on the outside as it is spacious and dramatic on the inside. From the stately brick exterior that opens into the soaring two story foyer with its gracefully turned staircase, to the luxurious owner’s suite with tray ceiling, The Brighton is an extraordinary place to call “home.”

The welcoming hardwood foyer separates the formal living and dining rooms in the center-hall design. The Brighton was designed by Cadre Architects. The award-winning interior decorating was provided by Design East of Medford, NJ.

In addition to the Brighton, Procacci Development Company is offering four other distinctive models at Woodland Creek. All of the homes were carefully planned and designed to include the features today’s homebuyers want most for comfortable contemporary living and entertaining. Corian countertops and 42” kitchen cabinets with crown molding are standard, as are Kohler® fixtures, cultured marble tops, tile floors and tub surrounds in all baths.

All homes at Woodland Creek are Energy Star Compliant, with 2-Zone 90% furnaces and 13 Seer air conditioners. Like the Brighton model, homes at Woodland Creek also include hardwood floors in the foyer, 9’ first floor ceilings, and a two car side-entry garage. Buyers have their choice of exterior finishes including, brick, stone and stucco. Buyers also have the opportunity to upgrade and customize their homes with a variety of exterior elevations and interior finishes.
